Life is an ocean of experiences, an eternal alternation of conflicts and resolutions. It is a source of contingencies but also growth. For centuries, to give a satisfactory answer to what was happening around him, man sought help in the past, looking to the great minds that have populated it. Likewise, the author of this book turns his gaze to the greatest philosophers of ancient Greece, whose words are, even today, a source of inspiration and reflection. Combining his personal life and work experience as a psychologist and psychotherapist with the teachings left to us by authors such as Aristotle or Epictetus and stories from Greek mythology, the author wants to offer his contribution, demonstrating, through clear examples, how it is possible to employ new approaches in the field of psychotherapy, based on the teachings of great authors of the past and with amazing results.
